NAS Introduction and Part I courses have finished in Veštar near Rovinj

From the 22nd to 24th April 2014 International Centre for Underwater Archaeology in Zadar (ICUA) carried out its first courses in this year according to Nautical Archaeological Society (NAS) underwater archaeology program. In this occasion NAS Introduction to Foreshore and Underwater Archaeology and NAS Part I Certificate in Foreshore and Underwater Archaeology were finalized. Courses consisted of theoretical part which took place in the diving club Old Diver in Veštar camp near Rovinj, and practical lessons in underwater Modern age pier at the Veštar bay. Three participants from Slovenia and Croatia have successfully finished the courses.
